I know we are all starting to feel like museum pieces but we have a heritage to look after! Thanks to Barbara Elsmore here are two archive lists of the items held at the Sherborne Museum. Some really interesting stuff there.

I was hoping to find more info about Lord Digby’s on this site. Except for the fine photo of the front, there doesn’t seem to be much at all…
I am an American that attended the school from about 1968 – 1970. I lived in Holwell. Does anyone out there remember me? My maiden name was Kathy O’Rourke.
Oh, golly…. My maiden name is Kathy Egbert!! I guess I’ve been married quite a while. LOL!
Hello Kathy! I came across this website by chance just now so sorry for the very late reply. I recognised your name straight away. I seem to remember you introduced us to peanut butter and jelly sandwiches!
Hi Kathy, I’d love to put more info about Lord Digby’s school up but I don’t know where to get it. I’m sure someone out there must have magazines, photos etc. Must try harder in tracking it down!
so pleased to see the association continues to move forward. would love to hear from anyone who had ‘suffered’ goode123@btinternet.com best wishes Mike
Hello Mike…..I was one of the more ‘disruptive’ Lord Digby’s pupils in your Chemistry class! Debbie Taylor……! Hope you are well x
thanks for your good wishes. I live near Lyme Regis and enjoy life apart from having Parkinsons. Always love a visit from Fosters or Digbys. Mike Goode
Hello! I would also like a magazine, please.
Kathy (Egbert) O’Rourke
Sent from my Verizon Wireless 4G LTE Galaxy Slll.
Jeff has very cleverly put a Membership Form on this website (Pages – Membership – LDS OGA) which comes through to me and I will print off and pass on to the OGA Secretary Betty (she does not have e.mail). I can acknowledge that electronically which gives you my address and you can send me a £10 cheque made out to the Lord Digby’s School Old Girls Association which I will also pass on. That means we can send hard a copy of the Magazine to you when it is produced which is every 18 months now.
I hope there are more Old Girls out there who would like to reminisce, as you say. I also hope we can look to the future and developing closer links with Gryphon School, as the Old Fosterians have already done.
With best wishes,
Pauline
